This program is geared for a realistic and maintainable lifestyle for individualized, long-term weight loss. The program consists of the use of FDA approved appetite suppressants, vitamin B-12 shots and dietary guidelines. You will have private visits in an office setting with the same practitioner every time.

Consultation
Our initial consultation fee is $100.00, which includes: body composition (fully clothed), a 2-week supply of medication prescription, a vitamin B12 shot and review of diet and program. Follow-up visits are scheduled according to patient and doctors guidelines. The usual costs for these follow-up visits range from $75.00 – $105.00. Lipo-B shots are optional and available to patients of the practice.Lipo-B shots contain Vitamin B12, Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6, Vitamin C, Thiamine, Riboflavin and the amino acids Choline, Methionine, and Inositol. Vitamin B12 gives you an energy boost and the amino acids combined to help speed up the removal of fat from the liver, which in turn speeds up weight loss. For best results, this shot should be given at least once a week. Cannot be taken by anyone with a Sulfa allergy and will not interfere with any other medications.
